The special story of a special mayor who was elected five consecutive times to head a special city – Jerusalem. An assistant in the past to Ben Gurion, Teddy Kollek, from the early 1960’s, changed the face of this mixed and problematic city, led its unification and influenced the lives of those living in proximity to one another, Jews and Arabs, religious and secular. The film accompanies Teddy on his various activities, through different parts of the city.
